I am thrilled to have the opportunity to photograph your athlete.  Here are some answers to FAQ as you prepare for your Photo Day:

DDP offers online galleries to order at your convenience - no more paper order forms!  Look for your custom email approximately a week before your Photo Day with more details. Be sure to OPT-IN with your mobile phone number to receive notification when photos are ready.

ON PHOTO DAY:

-On the day of the shoot, plan to be READY to go, 5 minutes before your team's scheduled time. Hair brushed, jersey tucked in, face clean.

-Plan to have your athlete photographed during your team's scheduled time - no other team's players will be photographed during that time.

-Your athlete will check-in using our software system, then complete 2-3 poses. Once their individual photo is done, they are done! Team photos will be composited post-session.

AFTER PHOTO DAY:

-After the photos are processed (approximately 2 weeks after your photo day), you will receive an email with a code to login for your athlete's images. You will be able to review images before purchasing. (No email? Check your spam!)

-Print products are shipping directly to you, and digital products are downloaded straight to your device. Team photos are available as print products only.

-There are a variety of backgrounds available for your photos.  To view, simply "favorite" your images by tapping the heart.  Then select "shop my favorites" and you can swap backgrounds for your photos.

-Cropping, zooming, and aligning are all options during the ordering process.  Please review your order carefully.

-There will be NO REFUNDS given for images that are incorrectly cropped during the ordering process. Please review your order carefully.

-Screenshotting and sharing of digital files is prohibited and considered theft.
